Simmons to Host Free Paper Shredding Event Saturday in Emmaus

EMMAUS – In his continuing effort to combat identity theft, Rep. Justin Simmons (R-Lehigh/Montgomery/Northampton) is encouraging area residents to take part in the paper shredding event he is hosting on Saturday, April 8, in Emmaus. The free service will be available from 8 a.m. to noon at Emmaus Community Park, 1401 Shimerville Road.

Simmons Announces State Grant for Sewer System Improvements in Emmaus

HARRISBURG – Rep. Justin Simmons (R-Lehigh/Montgomery/Northampton) today announced the awarding of a $260,000 state grant for a sewage system improvement project in Emmaus, Lehigh County. Simmons played a key role in securing the funding through the Department of Community and Economic Development’s small water and sewer grant program.

SALISBURY TOWNSHIP – The life and legacy of U.S. Marine Cpl. Joshua B. Smith was memorialized with the dedication of a section of State Route 145 in his name during a ceremony hosted by Rep. Justin Simmons (R-Lehigh/Montgomery/Northampton) on Friday. Simmons sponsored the legislation that made the designation.

Simmons Announces State Grant for Emmaus Public Library

HARRISBURG –The Emmaus Public Library has been awarded a $500,000 state grant through the Keystone Recreation, Park and Conservation Fund, Rep.
