SEPTA Key Senior Photo ID Card Applications Available in Simmons’ Red Hill Office
RED HILL – Rep. Justin Simmons (R-Lehigh/Montgomery/Northampton) today reminded area seniors that they can apply for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority’s (SEPTA) Key Senior Photo ID in his Red Hill district office.

SEPTA has announced that Medicare and Railroad Retirement cards will no longer be accepted as proof of age for free and reduced-fare rides beginning Tuesday, Jan. 16. The SEPTA Key Senior Photo ID allows Pennsylvania residents aged 65 and older to continue to travel at no cost to them on all SEPTA Transit Routes and for $1 on Regional Rail.

The SEPTA Key Senior Photo ID Card is available free of charge. Applicants are required to provide proof of age.
