At a meeting of the House Human Services Committee meeting, Rep. Justin Simmons spoke about Senate Bill 675, legislation that would require licenses for prescribers of Suboxone, a medication used in the treatment of persons with an opioid addiction. The bill was tabled, because more work is needed to make it better.

Simmons Speaks On Caylee's Law Amendment

Caylee's Law is the unofficial name for bills proposed or passed in several U.S. states that make it a felony for a parent or legal guardian to fail to report a missing child, in cases where the parent knew or should have known that the child was possibly in danger.
